I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly interaction. The room was comfortable and clean. Great relaxing shower too. We had a room with the jetted tub, which was great. They had a dehumidifier built into the wall to help handle the moisture from the large tub, which cleared the room of excess humidity quickly. Brilliant idea! The king bed was comfortable. They had an extra pillow and blanket stowed in the closet, which helped my wife sleep well. The TV was easy to use with no confusing streaming apps to fuss with. All staff with whom I interacted were friendly and gracious. Thank you for a relaxing and comfortable evening!
The wife and I enjoyed our (2 night) stay at the Voyager. The rooms were clean and stocked, the beds comfortable, the pool/hot tub/pool area were clean and well-maintained. The service was great - the host was friendly and helpful and got us checked in/out quickly. The vending machines were stocked and were standard hotel prices. For the price and convenience of being close to downtown St. Ignace, it was a good stay.
Amazing place to stay, after an awful experience at the Great Lakes Inn and other Mackinaw City hotels, I was so happy to walk into the voyager and see how clean it was and how friendly the staff were. They were so great to talk to and extremely helpful with getting everything set up and checked it. Breakfast was good, the rooms were clean (something you don’t see in Mackinaw City), the pool was great, they offer a discount on ferry tickets to the island which was very handy. Would highly recommend you stay here!
Stayed here with my grandsons. We had the clean pool to ourselves. Rooms were nice, breakfast good and plenty and staff super friendly.
I booked a room with the king-sized mattress and a jacuzzi. Pros: - Great service from staff and management - Great value for the room (a Saturday night in peak season for this room was a little over $200) Cons: - The circuitry in the rooms can be a little odd. For example, two light switches by the main door for lights near the double sink and right near the entrance. Lights near the bed are hand-twist only. Not a big deal, but different than used to. - I believe this is specifically for the room I booked (as the smell was not bad in the hall), but the room is musty. For the owner - in the future for the budget, getting a fan installed near the jacuzzi/in the room and to the same circuit as the light would help tremendously (as the only fan for the room was in the bathroom). Additional notes: - There are mini-fridges are in the room. - Breakfast is basically continental (bagels, cereal, etc.) with hard-boiled eggs and fruit. Breakfast should not be expected to be warm (but was an added benefit for something quick when passing through).

While they were in the middle of renovations, you’d never know it. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, esp because we checked in at almost midnight. The building and rooms are very clean, quiet, beds are so comfy and the location is a prime spot to reach the snowmobile trails. The pool area was very nice and relaxing as well. We will absolutely stay again
Nice place, clean with comfortable beds. Heated pool and hot tub. Very refreshing after riding our motorcycles 350 miles. Our host was very polite and took the time to chat with us and made us feel very welcome. Convenient location just off 75, near restaurants and other amenities.
